What are you looking for in your next position?

I met with a client today and while I was assisting her with filling out a job application, she asked my advice on how to answer a question; what are you looking for in your next position. When I read her responses one of her answers stood out as questionable; trust. She was looking for trust in her next position. While trust is great to have in a job, if you are looking for it in your next position, were you lacking it in your current or previous position. Are you trustworthy? When answering questions be mindful not to put your character in question. A few good responses are: growth, a challenge, and professional development.
